With the birth of a child comes a disruption to “life as we know it.” As such, I haven’t been putting up the prayer requests I’ve been receiving from Colombia. Truth be told, I haven’t been praying much about Colombia due to all the distraction.
Maybe you haven’t been praying much either. Or maybe your prayers have been focused too much on yourself and issues in your immediate circle. Here’s an opportunity for both of us to pray for the Ar of Colombia:
AR OF COLOMBIA (ahr). The members of an Ar family that includes grandparents, married children, married grandchildren, etc. in community N are beginning to talk more freely about their personal and spiritual lives. They accept that God is the Creator and that He is all powerful. They believe, however, that He speaks through the witchdoctor and displays His power only through him. Pray that God will reveal Himself to them in a very real way. Pray that they will come to understand and accept a God who will talk to them and who wants to have a personal relationship with them. Pray for them to understand that God's power is manifested through His Spirit to all believers and followers of Him.
